Q: How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take 5-14 days depending on where exactly in Australia you are. We dispatch orders with Australia Post and Fastway couriers.
If you live in a capital city, delivery generally takes 7 days. If your order is going to a remote country town, delivery's most likely going to take a little longer.
Your order will be updated with a tracking number so that you can keep up to date with its delivery progress.

Q: I'm a diver, are your torches waterproof?
Unfortunately no, they're not made for diving or water submersion. Our torches are however IPX-6 Rated.
They can withstand heavy rain and light water splashes. Due to the level of power and heat the torch produces, it requires ventilation to breathe.

Q: What kind of batteries do your torches use?
They are powered by two rechargeable  8,000mAh 3.7V 26650 batteries. Important: Click here to view battery warnings.

Q: What tyoe of LED does your torch use?
The HunterPro Mark II features a CREE XHP 70.2 LED chipset.

Q: How long does the torch take to charge?
Our torches with 26650 lithium-ion batteries will take anywhere from 2-8 hours to fully charge.

Charge time depends on whether the torch is plugged into a high amp 240V wall outlet, low amp 12V car plug etc.
